Webmail lets you read and send your email in a browser from anywhere, with nothing to install. This shows you the two ways in.
From your dashboard
- Log in to your HeyLuno account.
- Click Services, then your hosting package.
- Click the Webmail shortcut, or open cPanel, go to Email Accounts, and click Check Email next to the address.
Directly, from any browser
- Go to https://yourdomain.co.za/webmail (your own domain, then /webmail).
- Log in with the full email address and that mailbox's password.
This second way is the one to give staff. They never need your HeyLuno or cPanel login, only their own email address and password.
Good to know
- If webmail offers a choice of programs, Roundcube is the usual pick. You can set it as default so it stops asking.
- Webmail and a mail app on your phone show the same mailbox. Reading in one place marks it read in the other, as long as the app uses IMAP (see the setup articles).
- Mail deleted in webmail is deleted for real, everywhere.
If it did not work
- Login rejected: the password is the mailbox's own password, not your HeyLuno password. Reset it in cPanel under Email Accounts if forgotten.
- The /webmail address will not load: your domain may not point at our hosting, or it may be brand new. Open a ticket with the email address you are trying to reach.
