Adding funds puts credit on your account which is then used automatically against future invoices. It is useful if you prefer paying once in a while instead of per invoice, or if someone else does the paying and you do the ordering.
Steps
- Log in to your HeyLuno account.
- Click Billing, then Add Funds.
- Enter the amount in rand. The page shows the minimum and maximum allowed.
- Choose a payment method and click through to pay.
An invoice is created for the deposit. Once it is paid, the amount shows as your credit balance.
Good to know
- Credit is applied to new invoices automatically before any other payment method is tried.
- You cannot add funds as your very first transaction. The option opens up once you have at least one active order behind you.
- Credit is not a wallet you can withdraw from on a whim. Treat it as prepayment for services.
If it did not work
If you paid the deposit invoice and the credit does not show within an hour, open a ticket with the invoice number.
